Shipping & Delivery Policy

At CompuTech, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Below are the details of our shipping and delivery process:

Ready-to-ship items (such as laptops and available components) are handed over to the shipping company within 1 to 3 business days.
Custom-built systems are assembled and prepared within 1 to 3 business days (Friday is a holiday), and shipped after payment confirmation.
Delivery time from the shipping company is usually 3 to 5 business days, and may extend up to 10 days for certain areas or remote cities.
Outside Jeddah: Delivery takes 7 to 10 business days, and may extend up to 20 business days during holidays or peak seasons.

Important Notes:

CompuTech is not responsible for any delays or damages that occur after the shipment is handed over to the shipping company.
All shipments are sent without insurance, and the maximum compensation from the shipping company in case of damage is SAR 375, regardless of the shipment’s value.
Insurance can be requested for an additional 3% of the shipment value (non-refundable).
Please check your shipment before signing for it. If there is visible damage, we recommend refusing the delivery.
If damage is discovered after receipt, a claim can be filed directly with the shipping company within 24 hours, as per their policy.
Shipping costs depend on the courier service and may change without prior notice.
